Tgn40 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the tgn40 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Updated as required by platform operations.
Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using the tgn40 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and tgn40 as the platform operator. Users who register through the tgn40 platform are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all applicable terms.
1.2 User Eligibility
To use the tgn40 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the legal age requirement applicable in your state or territory
- Have a valid and verifiable Malaysian phone number
- Not be previously blacklisted or banned from our platform
- Register as an individual and not on behalf of a company or business entity without special approval
Tgn40 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may decline or delay registration without providing a specific reason.
1.3 One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on tgn40. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or to circumvent a suspension is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being closed and their balances forfeited.

Account Security & User Responsibilities
2.1 Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — including your username and password — confidential. tgn40 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the tgn40 support team immediately to have your account temporarily frozen.
2.2 Accuracy of User Information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the account. Providing false or misleading information — including your name, phone number or bank details — may result in account suspension and funds being withheld from withdrawal.
2.3 Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Using your account for money laundering or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorised gain
- Distributing content that is seditious, defamatory, or otherwise harmful through the platform
- Using a VPN or other means to conceal your actual location with the intent of circumventing regional restrictions
Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
3.1 Official Currency
All transactions on the tgn40 platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted directly. Any currency conversion carried out through third-party payment methods is solely the user's responsibility.
3.2 Accepted Deposit Methods
Tgn40 accepts deposits via the local Malaysian payment methods listed on the platform — including online bank transfers and approved digital wallets. The list of active methods is subject to change based on service availability. Deposits made through unlisted methods are not guaranteed to be processed.
3.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your tgn40 account. tgn40 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals deemed unusual or high-value. Processing times vary by method and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
3.4 Bonus & Promotional Credit Terms
Every bonus offered by tgn40 — including the Welcome Bonus — is subject to separately stated rollover requirements and time limits. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly until all rollover conditions are fully met. tgn40 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or a breach of these terms.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
4.1 Account Suspension & Closure
Tgn40 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity
- Inaccurate personal information provided
- Requests from legal authorities
- Accounts inactive beyond the specified period
In cases of closure due to fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In cases of closure for other reasons, the process for withdrawing the remaining balance will be communicated through support channels.
4.2 Liability Limits
Tgn40 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of this platform — including service interruptions, temporary technical errors or internet connectivity failures on the user's end. tgn40's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the account balance held at the time of the incident.
4.3 Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks and software used on the tgn40 platform are the exclusive property of tgn40 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from tgn40.
4.4 Third-Party Links
The tgn40 platform may contain references or links to third-party services — such as payment providers, game suppliers, or identity verification platforms. tgn40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
4.5 Changes to Terms
Tgn40 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically.
4.6 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
General Provisions & Contact Us
5.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the tgn40 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and tgn40 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or discussions relating to the same subject matter.
